The Steering group was established in 2006. A steering group was set up consisting of representatives from schools; the Racial Equality Council; Chinese community; business community; HE; FE and RIO. The main role of steering group is to discuss and approve projects and visits and to ensure the Action Plan was being addressed.The Steering group is working hard to ensure that education links between Plymouth and Jiaxing develop well and that further links are established that go beyond education.
